My fluffy lil white cloud of love!

So I found my new lil buddy, she's a 6 week old Maltese and is the most amazingly beautiful little soul! I bought her home last Friday night after just going to have a look at this litter of pups, however once I laid my eye's on her I knew I had to take her straight away!
Her name is Maya, and I am completely and utterly in love with my lil girly! She has a buckload of personality, she goes everywhere with me (except for work... though I'm working on that one), she leaves a wake of melted hearts trailing behind her and people just cannot help but smile and croon at her tiny cuteness! She wakes me up at 5am every morning chewing on my nose, she's taking a bit to get the hang of where to take a leak and her tiny but extraordinarily sharp eye teeth dig into my toes constantly! I am besotted with her and look forward to seeing her grow into a big little dog!!!!

Drunvalo speaks for the Mayans

This man is amazing... I recently read his latest book Serpent of Light and it really filled a lot of holes in the research I had done in the past about 2012 and the Mayan Calendar!
This is the first of a series of 14 videos on You tube that I have just started to watch...
I highly recommend you take some time to listen to this deep well of spiritual insight and knowledge!

Fallen for Fallen

Okay so I have been waiting for the third edition of Fallen to arrive for ages, the last week I had just absentmindedly picked up the morning paper without even checking for the new edition of my fav mag... stupid I know! So then the night before last I had a dream that I had seen the new edition in the newsagent and every copy they had was reserved for someone yet they had them on the shelves... in the dream I ripped the name that was sticky taped to the cover off in a lame attempt to grab one for myself and didn't realise that the name was also written on the cover so when I went to pay for it, they told me I couldn't buy it... I was furious, and completely lost it at the dude behind the counter for being such a fucken tight arse!!! haha weird... so I finally remembered today to look and voila... there it was a brand new edition of bliss!!! weeeeeeeeeee I love how my mind works sometimes!!!!

Michael Paul Young

This guy is a sick digital/installation artist... he makes these wicked images then projects them onto massive buildings all round the world! Looks bloody brilliant! I'm totally in love with his work

yyellowbird...

This little lady appeared on Yay Everyday not so long ago and one of her pic's worked it's way into my Eye Jism post last week... I searched her out on Flickr and found a treasure trove full of ethereal magnificence!
Cari Ann Wayman, young, american (anyone hear the echo of a Bowie song in their head right now??? lol) and bursting at the seams with talent!
She's her very own muse, clearly along with that of her boyfriend! Which is just so cute! i love the ramshackle houses that are falling to pieces around her or her subject, they make for really interesting pics!
The one of her and her bf in the train is utterly astounding! You can see so much of her personality in her photography, I love it!
What a little goddess!
Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

HDR Bliss

Fergus Preston has an awesome Flikr photostream... the HDR imaging he produces are stunning, and last night, I was led down a rabbit hole of dreamy, tonal enchantment. Hours later I was looking up photoshop tutorial's and discovering how to use the HDR merge function... now I am really inspired to take the digi camera and tottle off to find some sick landscapes to gather some shots and try out this technique! It also gives me a new technique to smash images together with this technique for my art! oh the hours I know I'm going to spend playing with this yay!!!
I love the colours this guy creates, so technicolour-dreamish yet so real! ahhhh I love being inspired to try new things and learning techniques I never knew existed!!! Now I just need to get me a tripod and go play!!!!
Below are a couple of Fergus' other photographic adventures not necessarily using HDR but still sick! the one on the swing is interesting how he uses remote timed flashes to create different light sources for the image... he's very talented !!!!

Erik Woods

This guy is A-mazing... he's a web and graphic designer that has some massive clients on his portfolio and this is a selection of some of his personal projects... he has a rad style and I really dig his work!!!
His use of textures, patterns and lines combined with text and colour invoke soft and wobbly oooooh's and aaaaahhhh's that escape from my lips... I love it!
you can see more of his work at this link!
